So I knew it was going to be a good day when first thing Bella did after nursing was point to the "glass" window and said "ass". Mark and I got a good laugh. We had a fabulous day today. Bella played with grandma this morning while I did pilates and shopped for Thanksgiving. Bella and I planted kale and cilantro in the garden this afternoon before we took a nice leisurely stroll around our complex. It was a beautiful and chilly fall afternoon. Bella just loves to pick up rocks and hold as many as she can in her hands. Then, of course, she tried to eat some!
Tonight when i put her down, she cozied up into my neck. It is so sweet and snugly. She did it a couple of nights ago for the first time and seems to be making it a habit. I just love having her heart up against my heart for some heart to heart connection time. By the time I put her down and leave the room I have to wipe off the drool from my neck with a towel, but I feel like a million bucks!
