Well a lot has happened in the last couple of weeks. We celebrated Thanksgiving, and as you can see in the photo, Bella' s favorite part was the whipped cream! Bella's language and comprehension skills have greatly expanded. The other day I asked her where the apple was that she had been eating and she walked right over to where she had hidden it (under her high chair seat) and grabbed it and showed me. I was totally surprised because I had only asked her rhetorically and I did not expect her to understand or respond! Boy do I really have to watch what I say now!
Also, Bella is signing "more" and "milk" all the time. She even put them both together!
Bella's favorite things to do right now are to check out the Christmas lights on the house across the street, play with multiple musical toys at a time and dance! She will hear music from cars passing by or quietly in the back ground in a store and she will stop what she is doing and start dancing. She also danced to some wind chimes the other day.
Bella also recently learned to stand on the coffee table (thanks Zachariah!) and the couch. It is amazing how many times she will test the waters to see if it is okay!
Bella also received a baby blessing from Reverend Deborah Johnson at Inner Light last weekend. It was very sweet and special for me especially.
The biggest and most exciting news is that Bella's cousin Victoria Noel and Bella's future best friend Izzie Bizar were both born this past week. We are so grateful for their healthy entry into this world and we look forward to growing up together.
So much else has happened that I can't remember. All I can say is that Bella has certainly kept us laughing and even had me crying one day.
